Product Stock & Pricing Information

  • Price information on our website is updated daily.
  • All prices listed on our website are exclusive of GST which will be added at the checkout.
  • Due to the wide range of products that we offer to our customers, many items are available by special order from our suppliers both nationally and internationally. Please contact us directly for specific lead time information or for urgent orders.

Order Acceptance

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to decline any order prior to issuing an invoice. Any product listing on the Yeo Creative Solutions or Yeo Supplies websites is not an offer to sell, and no order shall bind the company unless accepted by it.
  • A full refund will be issued for any declined orders where a payment for the order has been made by the customer.

Order Payment

  • Payment for the full amount of the order must be received before the order will be processed by Yeo Creative Solutions or Yeo Supplies.
  • Payment for the order can be made by any of the methods made available to the user on our checkout page at the time of ordering.
  • We do not accept bank cheques.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

  • Shipping charges apply to all orders.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the goods, number of shipments and delivery location.
  • Shipping costs are determined at the time of order placement.
  • Shipping and dispatch times on our website are indicative only.
  • Orders for in-stock products are processed within 1 business day of receipt of order.
  • Orders for products that are special orders will be shipped on receipt from our supplier. An indicative lead time will be provided. Yeo Creative Solutions will make every effort to expedite the delivery process, but will not be held responsible for delays that are out of our control.
  • Out of stock products will be placed on back order.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order or part there of before you accept delivery.
  • Any fees or charges incurred (e.g. credit card fees, courier fees, etc…) will be passed on and deducted from your refund.

Loss and Damage

  • Deliveries should be inspected on receipt and any shortages or damage reported to the carrier and Yeo Creative Solutions immediately. Signed proof of delivery is taken as acceptance that the order has been received in good and complete condition.

Refunds

  • You can cancel an order or part there of prior to shipping without any penalties or fees.
  • A full refund will be issued within 5 working days of cancellation.
  • Refunds for orders cancelled after dispatch may incur cancellation fees to cover related courier charges.
